This is a Large Automatic Film Coater with vacuum chuck designed to produce films with consistent thickness by using micrometer adjustable applicators or fixed thickness applicators. It has a unique driving system to produce the smooth coating on all types of materials.

 Product Description

The automatic film coater is a versatile research tool designed to facilitate studies in ceramic tape casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating. Featuring a built-in flat vacuum chuck, this coater ensures secure substrate sheet placement, particularly beneficial when working with thin substrates and aiming for uniform tape casting. The top cover, equipped with a 100°C heating element, enables immediate water vaporization. Additionally, a micrometer-adjustable applicator is seamlessly integrated, providing instant usability for various applications.

 

Operating within a voltage range of 204-240VAC, 50/60Hz, with adaptable voltage selection, the coater consumes a maximum power of 1250W. Its variable traverse speed, ranging from 5 to 100 mm per second, ensures precise coating, with optimal accuracy at 10mm/sec. The stroke length is adjustable between 10 and 550 mm, facilitated by the Adjustable Position Switch. The coater accommodates maximum coating dimensions of 250mm in width and 550mm in length. The aluminum alloy vacuum chuck, featuring holes less than 1mm in diameter, measures 600mm in length, 300mm in width, and 20mm in height. The coater is equipped with a high-capacity 120L/min oilless vacuum pump.

 

For voltage selection, the heating cover offers options of 110VAC and 220VAC, boasting a heating power of 1200W. The coater includes a 250mm width micrometer-adjustable film applicator, offering an adjustable thickness range from 0.01mm to 5mm. A traverse pusher ensures constant speed coating. It's noteworthy that the coater achieves a minimum film thickness greater than 10 microns, making it a reliable and efficient tool for diverse research applications.
