The Roll to Roll film coating machine, known by its product number AFC360R-HTUV, stands out as a highly efficient and versatile solution for continuous production of battery electrode materials. Constructed with an all-stainless-steel scraper, this equipment ensures consistent and uniform coating film, contributing to enhanced quality in the manufacturing process. The bottom vacuum absorption mechanism, combined with the bottom heating function capable of reaching temperatures up to 120℃, facilitates quick drying of the film during the coating process. This feature-rich machine is equipped with a winding and unwinding device, enabling continuous coating of copper foil or aluminum foil. The upper cover is thoughtfully outfitted with an ultraviolet curing lamp, providing the capability for curing and drying the film, adding a layer of versatility to its functionalities.
Operating on AC220V at 60Hz, the machine delivers a heating power of 3000W with a total power consumption of 3100W. Its coating vacuum chuck, measuring 360mm in length and 200mm in width, ensures precise and consistent coating results, boasting an impressive film thickness accuracy of ±0.01mm. The film applicator offers a generous coating width of 300mm, meeting diverse coating requirements. The rewinding and unwinding mechanism allows adjustable speeds ranging from 1 to 400mm/min, with feedback adjustment capabilities for automatic speed deviation correction, ensuring optimal coating outcomes. The machine's heating temperature reaches a maximum of ≤120°C, providing control and reliability in the coating process. Featuring a top UV system with a wavelength of 365nm, temperature accuracy is maintained at ±1°C, ensuring consistency in the coating process.
Physically, the machine measures 1245mm in length, 500mm in width, and 270mm in height when the protective cover is closed, expanding to 1245mm in length, 550mm in width, and 670mm in height when the protective cover is opened. Weighing approximately 100kg, the machine is stable and reliable during operation. To support its functionality, the machine incorporates a mechanical pump (FY-4C-N) with a pumping rate of 4m3/h and an exhaust interface equipped with a φ8 quick screw joint for efficient and secure operation.
