Small-scale heating wire rod coating machine is widely used in various high-temperature coating research, such as ceramic thin films, crystal thin films, battery material thin films, special nano thin films; it can adapt to the development of scientific and technological films under future high-temperature conditions.

 Product Description

The small-scale heating wire rod coating machine, identified by its product model HTUV, is a versatile solution tailored for high-temperature coating research. Primarily utilized for ceramic thin films, crystal thin films, battery material thin films, and special nano thin films, it demonstrates adaptability to evolving scientific and technological film requirements in future high-temperature conditions. The machine, having received CE certification, embodies several key features to enhance its functionality.

Operating with dual heating methods, the machine employs a top heating tube for heating and a top ultraviolet mercury lamp for curing, ensuring a controlled operational temperature below 120°C. A notable aspect is the adjustable coating speed, providing flexibility within the range of 0 to 100mm per second, with precise digital display capabilities. The coating stroke can be customized through a stroke switch, offering a variable range from 10mm to 300mm. The machine incorporates a vacuum aluminum plate, measuring 400mm in length and 220mm in width, facilitating the swift placement or removal of substrates. This section of the machine operates with an oil-free vacuum pump, ensuring optimal vacuum conditions for coating processes.

Featuring a high-precision coating wire rod, the machine delivers coating thicknesses of 20 microns and widths ranging from 0 to 150mm. While the filament adjustment is not facilitated within the machine itself, users have the flexibility to modify it by changing the wire rod. The machine operates efficiently at a voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50Hz, aligning with standard electrical systems. Overall, the small-scale heating wire rod coating machine stands as a reliable and adaptable tool for precise high-temperature coating applications in diverse research settings.
