The built-in flat vacuum chuck ensures secure positioning of thin substrates, facilitating uniform tape casting. The top heating cover, capable of reaching 100℃, rapidly vaporizes water, providing optimal conditions for immediate use. This coater is equipped with a micrometer adjustable applicator for added precision in coating processes.
Operating at a flexible 24VDC working voltage, the coater supports two heating power options, accommodating both 110VAC and 220VAC to meet diverse user requirements. With a maximum power consumption of 1250W, it guarantees efficient performance across various applications. The coater boasts variable traverse speeds ranging from 5 to 100 mm/sec, ensuring precise and adaptable coating processes with an accuracy of 10mm/sec. Users can easily adjust the stroke length from 10mm to 550mm using the Adjustable Position Switch, catering to different coating needs.
Capable of handling maximum coating dimensions of 250mm in width and 550mm in length, this coater provides ample space for a wide range of coating applications. The vacuum chuck, constructed from reliable aluminum alloy with holes smaller than 1mm, ensures stability and dependability.
